Sweet Revenge

When I was about 5 years old, I was hanging out by the fish pond in my godmother's house. I was disturbing the fishes and got fascinated by the snails stuck around the walls of the pond. So I was leaning over, curiously staring at it... then I felt a hand behind my back. In an instant, I was in the pond, all wet and smelly. I looked up and saw my younger cousin, Jeff, laughing at me. I got out, crying, went home and my mom bathed me.

Then, after a few hours, I decided to go back to my godmother's house again. This time, I saw Jeff, playing in the fish pond. And because I am naughty when I was young, I walked behind him and pushed him as well. We're even.

I can't help but smile and laugh a little whenever this incident crosses my mind. It was so mean of me. I was kid back then though, and maybe, at a young age, I'm already looking out for myself.
